Are your pieces handmade?

Yes, every item is handcrafted by our founder and the artisans in our team.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Yes, as long as your order hasn’t been shipped. Please contact customer support to update it.

Do you offer custom sizes or bespoke designs?

Yes — we can adjust sizes for most pieces. After checkout, please use the “Make a request” box on the order confirmation page to submit your sizing details.

What materials do you use? Are they hypoallergenic?

Materials vary by design. You’ll find detailed information on each product page.

Will handmade pieces have slight variations?

Yes, and we see these subtle differences as part of the charm—each piece carries its own warmth and uniqueness.

Pre-order Items

Can I cancel or change a pre-order?

Since the handcrafted portion makes up a significant part of the cost, pre-orders can only be canceled before production starts or in the case of unexpected delays.

How long does a pre-order take?

Usually 3–5 days for production.

Is the quality different between pre-order and ready–to–ship items?

No—both follow the same craftsmanship standards.

What are pre-order items? How are they different from ready–to–ship items?

Pre-order pieces are items for which we have materials in stock but no finished inventory. We begin crafting your piece once your order is placed.

Will I receive updates on the production progress?

Yes. We’ll send email notifications when production starts, when it’s completed, and when your order ships.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer rush production or express shipping?

Not at the moment.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within Europe by default. For other regions, please contact us for assistance.

How long does it take to ship an order?

Although our founder and team members are part-time independent artists, we do our best to ship all orders within three business days.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on your region and the courier service. You can track your shipment via email or through the order details page.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, you’ll receive tracking information by email. You can also log into your account and track your order directly from the order page.

Payment & Invoices

How can I get an invoice for my order?

A download link is included in your order confirmation email. A printed invoice is also placed inside your package.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major payment options including PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, credit/debit cards, Klarna, and iDEAL.

Sizing & Wear

What if I don’t know my ring or bracelet size?

Most of our rings and bracelets are open-ended designs that adjust to a range of sizes.

Returns, Warranty & Repairs

Can I return an item if I’m not satisfied?

Yes. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused and in resellable condition.

Can you replace missing parts (e.g., earring backs, clasps)?

We’ll check our component inventory when you submit your request. If original parts are no longer available, we’ll offer an alternative solution.

Do all products come with a warranty?

Yes. All pieces come with a one-month warranty. Members receive an extended one-year warranty.

How do I request a free repair within the warranty period?

Just reach out to customer support with your order number.

How long will a repair take?

Repair time depends on the complexity and availability of materials. Contact us if you need a specific estimate.

What does the warranty cover?

Repairs and replacement of components.

What if my item arrives damaged or has a quality issue?

Please notify us within 14 days and we’ll help arrange an exchange or repair.

Who covers the shipping cost for repairs?

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost when sending items back for repair.

Gifting & Packaging

Can you write a gift message for me?

Of course—we’re happy to include a handwritten note for you.

Do you offer gift packaging? Is there an extra charge?

Due to operational limitations, we currently provide standard packaging only.

Will the recipient see the price?

Invoices are included in the package. If you'd prefer to hide the price, please leave a note in the order comments at checkout.

Beyond what we share on product pages, you can join our newsletter or follow us on social media for more styling inspiration and behind-the-scenes content.

Do you have a physical studio or exhibitions?

Our studio is mainly used for crafting and photography and is not open to visitors for now. You can subscribe to our newsletter for studio journal updates and exhibition announcements.

How can I contact customer support?
Will all pieces be restocked?

Not always—especially designs made with unique components. However, anything available to purchase or pre-order has materials ready in stock.
