We ship all orders from Berlin, Germany.

Processing time

Each piece is made or prepared to order.
Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and German public holidays.

Shipping within Germany

All domestic orders ship with Hermes (home delivery / Haustür-Zustellung).

  • Standard shipping (Germany): €4.99
  • Free shipping (Germany): on orders €100+

Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days after dispatch (Hermes delivery estimate).
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.

Shipping within the EU

We ship to EU destinations.

  • Rates: vary by country and are calculated at checkout
  • Estimated delivery time: shown at checkout and depends on destination
  • Tracking is provided for EU orders where available.

International shipping (outside the EU)

We ship to selected countries outside the EU.

  • Rates: calculated at checkout (where available)
  • Delivery time: depends on destination and local customs procedures

Customs / import taxes: Any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We can’t predict or control these charges.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (when available).
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

Prices & VAT

All prices on our website are shown in EUR (€) and include VAT for EU orders.

  • VAT is included in the product price and may not be shown as a separate line item at checkout.
  • For deliveries outside the EU, customs fees, import duties, and local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Address changes & delivery issues

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
  • If you need to change an address, contact us as soon as possible at support@machtvollstudio.com. We can’t guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address or failed delivery, we can re-ship it once it arrives back to us. Additional shipping charges may apply.
