Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return or exchange, please contact us at support@machtvollstudio.com with your order number and a short explanation of the issue. We’ll provide return instructions and the return address in Berlin, Germany.
Eligibility (for returns due to change of mind)
To qualify for a return for reasons other than damage/incorrect item:
- Items must be unused, and undamaged.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all components included.
- Returns may be refused or partially refunded if the item shows signs of wear, use, damage.
Custom sizes and made-to-order adjustments are not eligible for return, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items (we cover return shipping)
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos of:
- the item,
- the packaging
In these cases:
- We will cover the return shipping cost, and
- We will also cover shipping for an exchange/replacement (if applicable).
Return shipping costs
- Damaged/incorrect item: return shipping is covered by us.
- All other returns (change of mind, size preference, etc.): return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds & processing time
Once we receive your return, we typically inspect and process it within 3-7 business days.
After approval, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees paid at checkout are not refundable.
For damaged or incorrect items, we prioritise processing and will confirm the next steps (refund or replacement) as soon as we review the return.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for another size or a different item, please contact us first.
- For damaged/incorrect items, we cover shipping for the exchange/replacement.
- For exchanges requested for other reasons, shipping costs may apply depending on the destination and the exchange method. We’ll confirm the options before you send anything back.
